After researching our neighborhood Facebook and seeing their five star Google reviews I decided on Air Zone Experts. They actually answered the phone the first time I called. I explained the situation. Thankfully, they had an opening and came to my house within a couple of hours of our initial discussion. Adrian explained in detail what was wrong with my system. Based on his feedback, I decided to install a brand new system to minimize issues going forward. Adrian’s crew came the next day and installed it and did a great job. The crew was very professional And also cleaned up their mess, which is hard to find. The following day, Adrian personally came to inspect the system and make sure it was running properly. What a difference! They properly diagnosed the issue and took the time to walk me through all my options without being pushy at all. Given the age of my system, we determined that the most cost-efficient route was to replace the outside unit and the evaporator coil. They clearly explained all the different tiers of equipment so I could make an informed decision. On installation day, Adrian and his crew were incredibly prompt and explained the entire process to me.
