Zuhair, the sales representative, arranged to visit my home on the same day I contacted them. He quickly assessed the condition of the roof using a drone, carefully explained the highly durable Owens Corning materials, and clearly outlined the steps required for the replacement process. Once HOA approval was obtained, the project was scheduled within three days. The entire roof replacement was then completed in just one day. Mike provided detailed instructions via text from the office, and the entire process was clear and efficient. The cleanup was flawless, and I am completely satisfied with the final result.”
