Cash games and tournaments for San Antonio poker players

Poker around the clock on San Pedro Ave, with a bar and kitchen in the building. Rated 4.5 from 408 Google reviews.

SA Card House

SA Card House is a members' poker room in San Antonio for players of every level, from people learning the game to seasoned regulars. We run cash games with a range of betting limits and host poker tournaments, including Omaha, on a regular schedule.

We recently moved into a bigger, renovated space in the old Luby's building, with room to spread out, large screen TVs for the game or a WSOP broadcast, and Foster’s Bar and Grill for food and drinks while you play.

Safety comes first here. We have security staff on site and cameras throughout the building, and the doors are open every day, all day and all night.

“High Action! It might be called SA Card House, but I refer to it as Action City in my mind. And this isn't your standard kind of poker action.”

“By far the best club in the city. Not only is the action great at the tables, but the food at Foster’s is amazing as well. From players to staff, the people here are like family gathering at family reunion. Fun, laughs and friendships. Tournaments are great and they have adequate rules structure unlike other local houses. SACH does a great job with floor management and fair floor calls.”

“One of the best things to do in San Antonio is to play poker at SA Card House. They also have a great bar and kitchen which I have ordered from 100+ times and is open until 1-2a. I strongly recommend anyone who enjoys playing cards to come check out the poker scene here and try their luck. I highly recommend getting a few drinks while sitting at the table.”

“Had an amazing time playing in The Big Blind's tournament. Structure was fair, pace was solid, and the staff kept everything running smooth and honest. New to tournaments? You'll be welcomed, not eaten alive. If you're serious about the game, this is where you play.”

“Great place to play! It was an old Luby's Cafeteria so the kitchen is open and the food doesn't miss! Lots of security that keeps an eye on the players and the parking lot to keep everything safe and guarded. The staff are always friendly and willing to help out when they can! They also have large screen TVs to watch you favorite sporting event or a WSOP match!! Come on over and partake in the fun!! ♥️♦️♣️♠️”
