What people say
“★★★★★ If I could give Curtis Plumbing more than five stars, I would. We had a serious problem with an upstairs toilet that resulted in water leaking through to the ceiling below. Chase Westwood from Curtis Plumbing arrived exactly on time and was exceptional from beginning to end. Chase is a tall, big, powerful-looking man, yet remarkably quiet and soft-spoken. That combination turned out to characterize the way he worked: considerable capability without noise, drama, or fuss, clearly knowledgeable and confident in his work. He began by simply listening. We explained what had happened, what we had observed, and our concerns. Then he discussed options with us before beginning. There was no attempt to upsell a service we didn't need. However, after seeing how quickly he performed the toilet replacement, we asked him to do a second toilet replacement, which he agreed he had time to do. What particularly impressed us was his communication while he worked. He was considerate: before shutting off water, using a torch, or doing anything that would create unexpected sounds, he told us what he was about to do. Then he simply got on with the work without requiring constant supervision or observation. He was not on his phone: he was on his knees doing the job! Over approximately three hours, Chase repaired and replaced what was necessary, carefully tested everything himself, and then had us test it as well. While he was here, he also fixed the flushing mechanism on a third toilet. He cleaned up thoroughly afterward and even gave us useful advice about finding replacement hardware for our showers (not the reason he was there). Professional, efficient, courteous, meticulous, and remarkably unobtrusive. This is increasingly rare but exactly what you hope for when inviting a tradesperson into your home, especially when dealing with an urgent plumbing problem that has the potential to cause water damage, mold, and untold other consequences. Curtis Plumbing earned every one of these five stars, and Chase Westwood deserves a sixth. We would call them again without hesitation and recommend them enthusiastically.”
“We've had endless problems with our sewer ejection pump. We tried these guys instead of our usual plumber, and we're very happy with the service. Caine came out within the hour, was super nice, knowledgeable, and gave us some solutions we hadn't considered before. He also discovered the job didn't require as much labor as he initially thought and cut the quoted price in half by the end. Pleasant surprise! Think we're gonna perma-switch to Curtis Plumbing moving forward. 🧑🏻🔧👍🏻”
“Caine and his team really took care of my Grandfathers 1952 home that needed a complete re-pipe of the sewer lines. His professionalism, transparency and expertise left us feeling secure and confident that we won’t have any issues moving forward. They worked hard to ensure we felt very little inconvenience and we greatly appreciated that. 10/10 recommend.”
“Franky was awesome! He replaced a touch less kitchen faucet and installed a reverse osmosis system. In addition, he installed an emergency water shut off system which will help with my insurance. Really professional, friendly, and arrived on time. Highly recommend!”
“he located the cause of the water stoppage - a wifi issue - but before preceeding to reboot and work with my phone to update the system - which i could have easily done myself - he did not speak about cost. i asked him to peek at the stove - 2mins - he said to call the gas company - i asked also to look at the drip in upstairs bathroom - 10 mins - he said all corroded and suggested a refurb. i appreciate the help getting the water working, and his advice on the stove and bathtub drip - but considering i could have done the wifi reboot myself, i felt that the call out should not have cost more than the call out fee/ or up to $200 total for the work - the approx $350 fee seemed high and unnecessary - He also took it upon himself to dismiss the city waterworks whom i had called out for a different reason without consulting me, the owner of the house. there was no estimate given ahead of him proceeding, no clarifying that i could have reloaded apps on my own to save cost, which would have been appreciated. I probably wont be calling again. or at best, i would request a different technician.”
