Hoss Roofing & General Contracting
5.0 from 174 Google reviews
Hoss Roofing & General Contracting is a local DFW company based in McKinney, run by owner Jestin Ross.
We handle roofing and general contracting for residential and multi-family homes, start to finish, so you don't need multiple contractors coming into your home.
Our crew members have been with us since we started the company. That means the same people, the same system and consistent work from home to home. We pull all required permits on every job, and we'd rather educate you than sell you, so you can make the best decision for your home.
We don't take a deposit or any money upfront. You pay when the project is complete and you're happy with it, and every roof system is backed by our Craftsman Labor Warranty.
We're an A+ BBB accredited company, rated 5 on Google from 174 reviews. Robert told us we were clean and communicated well, and Mary said Jestin kept them updated daily. Call to schedule your free inspection.

“Hoss Roofing did an amazing job transforming my home! They handled a range of interior repairs, including painting and removing outdated fur downs, and even raised my ceilings to create a more spacious, modern feel. I’m especially impressed with the new doors they installed — they look incredible and really elevate the entire look of my home. From start to finish, the team at Hoss Roofing was professional, efficient, and always kept me in the loop. They paid attention to every detail and made sure I was happy with the results. I couldn’t be more thrilled with how everything turned out! Highly recommend them if you’re looking for top-notch quality and a team that truly cares about your home. I did a video but not the best quality but you can still see the huge difference!! Thank you Jestin and your great team!! Still have lots more to get done!”
“We hired Jestin to remodel our entire kitchen, paint the interior of our house, and replace our floors. Not only was Jestin extremely warm and friendly, but he also helped make the process of a remodel SO EASY. He brought my vision to life, and I had the most enjoyable experience possible. His guys showed up when they were supposed to, he was also always on time, he has great communication, and he followed through on the timeline he gave me perfectly. My house turned out beautiful, and any tiny issue that arose during the process was fixed timely and to my liking! I could not recommend someone more!”
“We needed our fireplace repaired. (cracks) so we decided to put a larger box in, different stone and a different mantle, near hearth, plus paint the 20" wall a different color. We had a marble surround and changed to stacked stone with a slate hearth. Jestin and his crew did an amazing job. Stayed on budget. Straightened up avery day, and finished ahead of schedule. The completed job is even better than expected. Jestin kept us updated daily. Will certainly use them again for any kind of reno, updates etc...”
“We had Hoss Roofing do some exterior work (brick, trim, paint) and were happy with the whole process. The prices were under expectations, the quality was flawless and they were courteous, efficient, clean, and communicated well throughout. I will definitely call them first for my next home repair or upgrade.”
“Jestin and his crew have completed 2 big projects for me in the last few months. Everyone was professional, they are hard workers and they get the job done quickly while still doing great work. I highly recommend Hoss Roofing & General Contracting.”
